
Bharati Bhardwaja, PharmD, BCPS, LSSBB
Dr. Bhardwaja earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from SUNY Buffalo after studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Guelph. She completed a Nephrology/Renal Transplantation residency at SUNY Buffalo and joined Kaiser Permanente Colorado in 2002 as their first Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Nephrology. After 8 years, she transitioned to pharmacy administration, earning a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She later returned to patient care in Rheumatology, where she continues to serve. Dr. Bhardwaja also mentors pharmacy students and residents, serves as a Dean’s Alumni Ambassador Mentor for SUNY Buffalo, and volunteers as an eReviewer for PharmD applications. She is an active member of the American Association of Rheumatology Professionals (ARP).
