Tammie Lee Demler, BS, PharmD, MBA, BCGP, BCPP
Tammie Lee Demler received her Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, and BS degrees at SUNY Buffalo. She is a dually Board-Certified Specialist in Psychiatric and Geriatric Pharmacy and Director of Pharmacy Services and residency training at the NYS Office of Mental Health at Buffalo Psychiatric Center. She is Professor at SUNY Buffalo SPPS and Clinical Associate Professor at SUNY School of Medicine. She received the 2019 UBSPPS Teacher of the Year and YWCA Education Award. Dr. Demler has authored numerous research articles, is on the U.S. Pharmacist Editorial Board, and wrote Pharmacotherapeutics for Advanced Nursing Practice. She presents nationally and internationally and served as President of PSSNY and PAWNY. She hosts a weekly TV talk show and radio segment and has received awards including the Bowl of Hygeia and PAWNY Pharmacist of the Year.
